The support groups meet every <b>Monday</b> and <b>Friday</b>. For more information, click <a href="http://www.throughblue.org.nz/p/support-group.html">here</a>. To cater to all, we run two groups one online and the other in person:</div><div align="JUSTIFY"><br /></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>Monday Group 6:30 - 8:30pm</b></h3><div><b>ZOOM</b> online group for immune-compromised or those that aren't able to attend in person. We also take applications for attendance from people outside Wellington.</div><div><br /></div><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-align: justify;">Friday Group 12.30 - 2.30pm</span></h3><div align="JUSTIFY"><b>IN-PERSON</b> group for those that prefer this format. Due to Covid, we run the following to keep everyone safe:</div><div align="JUSTIFY"><ul><li>We encourage masks to protect everyone in the group.</li><li>We will leave the door open and all windows to guarantee permanent airflow.</li><li>Maximise the distances between us.</li><li>Please only come when you have no cold symptoms.</li></ul></div><div align="JUSTIFY">
