Podcast - Meditations for the heart and mind

Each week at the beginning of the ThroughBlue meeting a facilitator will talk through a meditation or reading to help attendees feel grounded in a safe and contained environment before the group starts.

We record these meditations so that group members can download and listen to the meditation throughout the week. This podcast is a useful tool to use when dealing with depression, stress, panic attacks and anxiety and provides a way to connect to the healing, calming and peaceful emotional space.
